The Lab
Ideas I may build, kill, sell or validate publicly.
A public archive of digital products, local-first tools, AI experiments, creative projects and business concepts. Some are raw thoughts. Some are being validated. Some are already built. Some deserve to die.
system: ideas unstable / validation required
This is not a portfolio of finished companies. It is a public validation board. Ideas may change, merge or die. The analyses are drafts until marked as reviewed.
Worth a look
picked by hand, not by scoreFirstStepMath
An AI maths tutor that walks a student through one step at a time instead of handing over the answer.
Put a one-topic prototype in front of 5 students and their parents, and log every step the tutor gets wrong.
LeafDeck
PDF tools built around privacy: documents are processed on your device, not uploaded.
Ask ten people who handle sensitive documents which one workflow they would pay to keep local, and build that one first.
EU Tender Matcher
Finds public tenders and funding calls that match one specific kind of company.
Pick one sector and send a weekly digest, made by hand, to 5 companies for a month.

No idea matches these filters. Maybe it is still in the queue, or it deserved to die.
Score is not excitement. It is a rough judgment of problem intensity, buyer clarity, distribution, differentiation, speed to MVP and personal fit. Difficulty is shown only once it has been rated.
